In-house Adjustable Rate loans

• Minimum of 10% down plus closing costs
• 10,15,20,25 and 30 year terms

Items to bring to consultation

• Two most recent pay stubs
• Previous year’s W-2
• Two forms of ID, one being photo (driver’s license)
• 2 most recent bank or retirement account statements
• Last 2 years tax returns
